We specialize in psychotherapy with adolescents (12 years old and up) as well as young adults, mid-life adults, and older adults for depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, anger management and oppositional behavior, relationship issues, and adjustment to life transitions, such as high school/college/graduate school difficulties, childbirth, divorce, death/loss, medical illness, “empty nest”, aging, and retirement.
We collaborate with you using evidence-based treatment from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) orientation, which focuses on your patterns of thinking and how that affects your feelings and behaviors. Our fully independently licensed therapists also have advanced training in other treatment approaches, which they may integrate into your individualized treatment when it may be helpful for you. We will work together to make manageable changes so that you can feel better, move forward to reach your goals, and apply new skills in your daily life.
