We specialize in psychotherapy with young adults (18 years old and up) as well as adults of all ages for depression, anxiety (including Exposure with Response Prevention treatment for OCD), trauma, anger management, relationship issues, and adjustment to life transitions, such as college/graduate school difficulties, childbirth, divorce, death/loss, medical illness, “empty nest”, aging, and retirement.

We collaborate with you using evidence-based treatment from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) orientation, which focuses on your patterns of thinking and how that affects your feelings and behaviors. We will work together to make manageable changes so that you can feel better, move forward to reach your goals, and apply new skills in your daily life.
