We conduct therapy groups to provide another avenue of treatment that can yield different benefits for you than do individual sessions. Group therapy can be an excellent supplement to individual therapy. Some groups may have a pre-determined number of sessions whereas others may run on an open-ended basis. All groups require an initial individual meeting with the group leader.
