Insurance and Fees
Deciding to engage in therapy and/or evaluation can be considered to be an investment in yourself or your loved one for whom you are seeking services. It will be incumbent on you to understand the differences between those who are fully licensed for independent practice vs those who have not yet obtained sufficient experience to be licensed independently and require supervision.
Find someone who is a good fit for you and your concerns who has the appropriate licensure, training, and experience to help you. Keep in mind that the person who may be the best fit for you may not be the cheapest and the cheapest person may not be the right fit for you or your family’s issues, which may not result in savings in the long run. Read more for additional information about insurance and fees here.

Group Therapy
In addition to our Individual Therapy Services, we also offer Group Therapy. Group therapy has been demonstrated to be an effective method of treatment and can be a cost-effective and time-limited alternative to individual therapy, especially when cost is a concern. Group therapy can be especially powerful for teens as they benefit from peer support and seeing that others have similar struggles while they learn new strategies together. Group therapy can also complement and enhance individual therapy and our group psychologists can collaborate with your individual psychologist and other members of your treatment team.
